- Coin is bottlenecked early (pre-B6 Tower unlock) then plentiful late. F2P Coin/day rises from ~3,500 days 1-14 to ~7,000+ once Tower is live. Plan early-game Coin sinks accordingly.
- Hunt Pass free track returns ~16,100 Coin + 3,700 Gem + 75 HC + 20 HeroCard / 30d for F2P. Paid track ADDS ~64,800 Coin + 14,850 Gem + 375 HC + 90 HeroCard. The paid track is roughly 4x the free track on every currency — the biggest ROI of the $10/mo spend.

- HeroCard is the F2P-killer currency. If you want F2P players to feel like they can roster-complete in <3 months, your design must surface either a higher HeroCard daily rate OR a way to convert from another currency at a sensible price.
- DiamondPatch is the dominant paid SKU. 47% of F2P daily Gem in one subscription. If Claw Fight wants a similar revenue concentration, design a single-subscription that gives ~5x daily Gem — easier to upsell than fragmented IAPs.
- Coin curve has an unlock cliff at Tower (B6S1). Pre-Tower F2P is gated; post-Tower is plentiful. Consider whether you want this "midgame liquidity event" in CF or a smoother ramp.
- Relics are a multi-year sink. 720 RelicKeys for all-T5. That's a 4-year F2P journey. As a long-tail goal it's fine; as a 30-day retention hook it's not.
- Energy ceiling (25) + 5 ads/day + AFK = exactly 30 runs/day. Zero slack. A "binger" player MUST gem-refill. This is intentional design — copy it if you want to monetise hardcore sessions in CF.
